Very nice experience there. Decent base for 5 nights in Hurghada, good looking and unique hotel. Affable staff, impressive, huge room with clean towels, terrace plus the air con had been repaired. Breakfast with fresh pizza which was outstanding, salad. Amazing pool, parking outside. Everything nice.

The service personnel lack hotel experience, the main restaurant has poor food variety, and there are pets in the dining area. The rooms are subpar with dirty bed sheets, noisy air coolers, and incomplete bathroom amenities.

Booked a room with nice views, and the staff were pretty friendly people from the porter to the rest of the hotel staff. The venue's position was amazing, not far from the a'la carte restaurant, and the royal swim up cave which was lovely and quiet. Al Ahyaa district was worth staying in.

The hotel was clean and relaxing, had really friendly stuff and impressive rooms. My room included a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini-fridge-bar. The view was particularly nice, the service was good! Also, free Wi-Fi in public areas was really convenient. I had a really really nice time.

it is a unique and quaint property located in al ahyaa district so close to various bars/clubs and the caves beach resort and for 2 different restaurants especially the tepenyaki the food and the chef. the location is stunning, in a cave like formation which spectacular to look at. the room is absolutely perfect, comes with big balcony as well as the garden. the staff from the porter to the rest of the hotel staff.

Greatly enjoyed the hotel, it is quirky and fairly clean, has good location to the beach bar where you can get a freshlt made pizza. From the moment we arrived the really friendly and exceptionally nice staff made us feel welcomed. The food at the à la carte restaurant was lovely.

Loved Hurghada, the hotel was nice looking in the sea or pools. I had unique huge room with the garden and a big terrace, for instance. Food in the à la carte restaurant was good.

The room was lovely, and we had a good view of swimming pool. The hotel was really close to Cave beach resort, and the shop thanks to its good location. Furthermore, to the beach bar where you can get a freshlt made pizza they were lovely...

I thoroughly enjoyed that the hotel was big, relaxing with an excellent service. Its location was favourable, not far from the Caves Beach Resort, the royal swim up cave, and the Japanese restaurant. The pool was good and I had cool drinks in the main bar:)))

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel located in the stunning city of Hurghada. The hotel's unique architecture and spacious rooms with breathtaking views made it feel like a dream. The staff, especially Mr. Maher, were extremely helpful and quickly resolved any issues. The resort had a large swimming pool where I could relax and enjoy the amazing atmosphere. The animation team was absolutely hilarious and made sure that all the guests had a fun-filled stay. The long pool between the rooms was a great feature, and I had a blast in the pool at night. Additionally, the hotel's location on the outskirts of Hurghada, directly overlooking the lake, provided a serene and picturesque setting.

Everything was amazing.

The poolside-bar served coffee and tea and the staff was helpful with all our needs, making this place a lovely base for a holiday.
